A lovely surprise

I'm soooo excited to have won the Crafty Creations Challenge #38 'All Hallow's Eve' a beautiful stamp set from Jaime - thank you soooo much. They have a lovely theme again this week - Thanksgiving/Gratitude - go and have a look at their gorgeous DT work.

Let it snow Tilda

Firstly thanks to Wynneth for this lovely image. She is coloured with PMs and I've clear embossed her fur lined coat.

I've created the snowy background with acrylic paint and clear embossing using a PM stamp over which I've stamped a See-Ds 'Let it snow' stamp in silver ink. The bottom sheet is the same snow stamp in silver. The wall is made from an Allota stamp in distress ink with embossed snow. I've attached the sentiment with silver/blue thread and added two silver bells. The diecut snowflake and tree were in a package from Artymiss. The snowflakes are by Crafttime.

I am entering this in the Creative Card Crew 'Snowflakes' challenge and the Moving Along with the Times sketch and theme challenge by Hazel (I am hoping this will be close enough girls!).

LGS Tilda with bells!

Here is Lauren's sketch for LGS and here is my interpretation!

Cardstock is PM - Vintage Christmas. Tilda is from the Fall collection and she is coloured with PMs. Papers are from The Funky Fairy and Artymiss. The sentiment is from a Daisy and Dandelion set. The gold thread is from my stash and the bells were from Metallicbutterfly (thanks).

All Hallow's Eve

This is my last Halloween card!

I've created an easel card using parchment card in Ivory and the paper is from Pink Paisley and I love it (it's double sided). I've added distress stickles to the tree and the bat and leaves (from an X-cut punch). Tilda is from the Fall collection and she is coloured with PMs and paper pieced. The cauldron is from Shirley's 2 girls as part of a digi set called 'Bubble Bubble' also coloured using PMs and stickles. The All HAllow's Eve and 31st stamps are Pink PAisley ones in Metallic Silver and black. I really enjoyed this card.
I'm entering it in the Stampin' for the Weekend 'A haunting Good Time' and Crafty Creations 'All Hallow's Eve' challenges for obvious reasons and I love their blogs.

Halloween Again!

I haven't blogged for over a week due to nasty bug - not crafty at all! I apolgise for lack of comments. Have managed to find a little crafty time today and I seem to be stuck on All Hallow's Eve again. This time I've made a treat box. Template was from Craft Stamper mag which had very easy instructions to follow - hooray.

I've used ivory parchment card with black card and a small piece of silver mirri card from Artymiss to make the box. Stamps are from Pink Paisley and WOJ in black and silver inks. The lovely puss cat is from Daisy and Dandelion. Purple star button is from Debbie Cripps and threads are from stash.

Enjoyed making this and think I will have another go but with a Christmas theme - watch this space!

So many challenges have a spooky feel so I am entering this in the Cupcake Craft Challenge where the theme is 'Things that go bump in the night'. They have lovely DT creations so go check them out! I'm also entering it in the 'Halloween' theme over at One Stop Craft Challenge again lovely DT work to drool over.

LGS Monochrome with a touch of colour

Katie has a great sketch over at LGS on Craftbubble with the added twist 'monochrome with a dash of colour'. Experimented with my new D&D stamps and lovely downloads from Funky Hand's 'Salt and Pepper' set. Coloured with PMs and added some silver metallic ink and red ink and a tiny bit of red cord from PM.

Nutshells and OCC Halloween Cutie!

Say hello to Nutshells Free Digi Image - Pecan Nut Halloween Witch - how cute is she? When I saw her I knew I wanted to enter their challenge. Go and check them and their stamps out.

I've teamed her with the OCC sketch which is fab to work with.
Our Creative Corner Sketch

I've coloured her using PMs , Sakura Gelly Roll silver glitter pen and Inksessential white pen. She is decoupaged on her hat, dress and end of the broom for texture. Cardstock is Papermania and papers are from the Funky Hand (Salt and Pepper download), Crafttime Glitter paper and Scrapbooking.com. The ribbon is celebrate and the sentiment a Daisy and Dandelion sticker. The orange drops are from Metallicbutterfly (thanks). I've distressed all the papers and inked them with silver metallic ink. The moon and star are punched using an X-cut punch.

I enjoyed this - now I really must get on with Christmas cards! However I feel another Halloween one coming on! Thanks for looking Hugs Cherry XXX
