Here are some of my Easter cards made up with the lovely PInk Petticoat digi images and sentiment teamed with some wonderful embossed card from a swap on Craft Mad & Loving It. I've added some ribbon and a few gems.

Easter Cards in production

I have started creating some Easter Cards today. This was as an excuse to have a go at a flower I saw a tutorial for on a blog browse at the weekend. Kim Dellow had made a lovely Anniversary card and showed how to make round flowers which I thought were lovely. As soon as I saw them I knew I wanted to play with them for Easter. Not sure I am quite there yet but the idea is developing. I recommend Kim's flowers, thanks for the idea. I have used papers from the 'Sugar & Spice' pack.

Masculine Crown for 'Less is More'

Challenge on 'Simply Less is More' this week is Masculine.

This challenge I knew what I wanted to do and I've done it.

Stamped sentiment is Paperartsy.

Crown is a Tim Holtz Mask in Distress Inks - Faded Denim, Chipped Sapphire and Dusty Concord. The die is a Nellie Snellen Square.

Dots are done using Tim holtz Design ruler and Ink Pen.

Hyacinth Happiness

The smell is just so lovely and I just love walking in the garden and how the scent hits you in pockets. Also loving having some colour to photograph again and the feel of the sun - think I am a girl who likes photographing flowers at heart. Bring on the summer I say.

Off The Edge

The lovely Chrissie and Mandi over at the Simply Less is More Challenge Blog have set the challenge 'off The Edge' this week. The entries are amazing and all so different - the most varied techniques appear week after week and my list of 'Must try...' expands every week.

This week I have chosen an Inkadinkadoo stamp from an Inchies set and stamped off the edge of the card along the top and bottom. I have heat embossed with pink embossing powder on cream cardstock. The sentiment is a Whiff of Joy one inked in Archival Sepia ink three times. This was the result of many experiments with different stamps and placings but this was my fav. Some of the others are below!
